Franklin Street Names Laura Roy as Property Manager for The Morrison in Tampa

Franklin Street has named Laura Roy as property manager for The Morrison, a five-story, mixed-use lifestyle development project in the Soho Corridor of Tampa.

Franklin Street has named Laura Roy as property manager for The Morrison, a five-story, mixed-use lifestyle development project in the Soho Corridor of Tampa.  In her new role, Roy will be responsible for the overall management, operations, financial performance and marketing of the property. The Morrison is scheduled for completion this Fall.

In addition to managing the property, Franklin Street is the exclusive leasing representative for Metis Property Group Inc., the developer. Brian Bern and Ryan Derriman lead the retail team while Clay Wommack oversees office leasing for the project.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Roy served as the accounting manager for Kinesiomedx in Tampa, where she was responsible for the overall accounting and financial reporting for the company.  She brings more than 25 years of management experience, having held a variety of roles in property management, managerial accounting and customer service.

The Morrison features 13,890 square feet of retail, 6,950 square feet of office space and 46 apartments.  Each apartment features designer-inspired floor plans, ultra-modern décor and finishes, spacious walk-in closets and private terraces with picturesque views.
