Clay Wommack and Julie Palmer-Nicholson have been appointed to the role of directors, effective immediately, at Franklin Street’s office and industrial services group. In their new role, these two veteran commercial real estate professionals will strengthen and expand the firm’s office and industrial capabilities throughout the region.
Wommack has a 20-year career and has leased more than 15 million square feet of office and industrial space throughout the Southeastern U.S. His clients have included Liberty Mutual, Mutual of Omaha and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Palmer-Nicholson, also a 20-year veteran, will be responsible for business development, client relations and operations for all of Franklin Street’s office and industrial assets. She has worked with such companies as ProLogis, AIG, and INVESCO.
