FORT LAUDERDALE, June 24, 2024 – Franklin Street, a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced Scott Allen has joined the firm’s Office Tenant Services team, as Senior Director, at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.
In his capacity as Senior Director, Allen will focus on all facets of the transaction cycle including leasing, sales, build-to-suits, acquisition and disposition of office assets. He has nationally represented companies in the telecom, staffing, financials services, legal, banking, staffing and healthcare industries. Allen has represented companies such as Citibank, SunTrust, Cigna, PepsiCo, City of Fort Lauderdale, Spherion Staffing, Vitas Healthcare, and AutoNation in his portfolio.
Previously to joining the firm, Allen served as Senior Managing Director at TCRE based in Miami, Fla., and spent more than two decades at CBRE. During his tenure, Allen has facilitated more than 5 million square feet transactionally nationwide.
