Franklin Street, a full-service commercial real estate firm celebrating 10 years in business, has expanded its Fort Lauderdale team by naming Mark Behling as its retail investment sales senior associate.
In his new role, Behling will specialize on commercial and retail brokerage with a focus on properties in the Fort Lauderdale market and throughout South Florida.
Behling brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial property sales, having been involved in more than $1 billion in completed real estate transactions throughout his career. He most recently served as vice president of operations for The Related Group, a luxury multifamily builder, where he led acquisition, development and joint-venture strategy across the Americas.
