Jacksonville native Steven McAdoo brings expertise in the North FL multifamily market
JACKSONVILLE, FL (August 24, 2022) – Franklin Street continues to grow in the Jacksonville market with the addition of Steven McAdoo as Director of Multifamily Investment Sales.
McAdoo, who brings a well-rounded background in finance and commercial real estate, will focus on representing owners and investors in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout North Florida. He will also partner with Franklin Street’s statewide multifamily teams to service the Central Florida market.
A Jacksonville native and University of North Florida alumnus, McAdoo brings valuable local market insight to this role. Prior to joining Franklin Street, he specialized in multifamily investment sales with Prime Realty and co-founded his own private brokerage and investment firm. Before transitioning to brokerage, he worked in accounting and finance for several industries, including commercial development, and gained diverse experience in financial analysis, underwriting, asset management and investor relations.
