SOUTH FLORIDA, May 30, 2024 – Franklin Street, a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, announced today the expansion of its capital markets team in their South Florida office, with the addition of one of its seasoned brokers, Dakota Brown.
Brown will join Senior Director Javier Herrera to expand the firm’s efforts in identifying opportunities and executing transactions that maximize value and achieve the firm’s strategic objectives. This team will be an extension of both Franklin Street’s Investment Sales and Insurance brokerage verticals dedicated to South Florida.
Brown and Herrera will continue to grow the company’s capital presence focused on both debt and equity executions in the market. During the past year, the collective team has facilitated more than $100 million in debt and equity originations and this strategic investment will further assist in capital solutions within the region.
