Franklin Street Celebrates 10th Anniversary

Franklin Street, one of the fastest-growing full-service commercial real estate firms in the Southeast, celebrated its 10th anniversary on Dec. 6, 2016. Since its launch in 2006, the company has grown to include five business lines – Real Estate, Capital, Insurance, Management and Valuation – more than 250 employees and more than $3 billion in current transaction value.

“It is hard to believe that it has been 10 years since we opened our doors. It has been a journey full of major successes and several challenges including one of the worst recessions in history, in one of the hardest-hit states,” said Andrew Wright, CEO and managing partner of Franklin Street. “I am grateful to the dedicated and talented team of professionals who have helped us become who we are today.”

Wright and two other partners launched the company as a multifaceted real estate business from the birth of the business in 2006, with vertically-integrated business lines encompassing the entire life cycle of an investment. “This approach of providing value-add services to our clients from acquisition to disposition, and everything in between, provides unmatched benefits for clients and reinforces our long-term strength. We have said from the beginning that we will find success through the success of our clients and that mantra still holds true for us today,” Wright said.

Franklin Street’s business lines include investment sales, capital advisory, tenant representation, insurance, management, leasing and valuation/appraisal services, all designed to capitalize on opportunities during both up and down markets. The combination of large commission opportunities and recurring revenue streams allows Franklin Street to meet client needs in any financial setting.
