Franklin Street is pleased to congratulate our multimarket Capital Advisory team on receiving Connect CRE’s 2022 Top Mortgage Brokers & Lenders award!

This prestigious award recognizes companies, teams and professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards in commercial real estate finance. Franklin Street’s Capital Advisory Team had a record year in 2021, achieving 88% year-over-year revenue growth.

Here’s more about why they were chosen for this honor:

Franklin Street recently added several capital markets experts to its Capital Advisory Team, doubling in size over the last year; the team is on track to significantly surpass its 2021 record numbers.

Notable financing deals closed in the previous year included $10.2 million in financing for ground-up construction of the Wyndham Dolce Kosher House Hotel in Hollywood, FL; a $7-million refi of the 70,121-square-foot industrial flex Northpoint Technology Center in West Palm Beach; and a $13.9-million refinancing of a Tampa 120-unit multifamily portfolio consisting of four market-rate, garden-style apartments.
