Franklin Street announced it successfully brokered the sale of Bison Storage in Clearwater, Florida for $3.325 million. Franklin Street represented the seller, Dawn Pasqualone in the transaction to State Storage Group. Franklin Street’s Self Storage investment sales team, David Perlleshi, managing director, Frank DeSalvo, managing director, Josh Snead, senior associate, and Justin Clark senior associate, worked on the transaction.

The property, built in 1982, had an 81% occupancy rate at the time of closing, is more than 25,000 square feet and is located at 2166 Drew Street. The Tampa–St. Petersburg–Clearwater Metropolitan Statistical Area continues to draw strong investor interest in the self-storage sector due to its rapid population growth and favorable demographics. Ongoing in-migration, strong housing activity, and a growing renter base support consistent demand for storage across the region. As one of Florida’s fastest-growing metros, the market offers investors durable fundamentals and long-term growth potential.
