Kisinger Campo & Associates renewed a lease for 27,217 sq. ft. in the One Tampa City Center located at 201 N. Franklin Street, Suite 400, Tampa, Fla.
Rivero Gordimer & Company renewed its lease for 15,866 sq. ft. in the One Tampa City Center located at 201 N. Franklin Street, Suite 2600, Tampa, Fla.
Avant Healthcare Solutions expanded its Orlando office by taking on an additional 12,139 sq. ft. at the Interlachen Building located at 1211 Semoran Blvd., Suite 227, Casselberry, Fla.
Red Vector expanded its Tampa operation by leasing 11,507 sq. ft. of space at the Urban Centre located at 489 W. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 740, Tampa, Fla.
Hapag-Lloyd signed a new lease for 7,866 sq. ft. at the Liberty Center at Monarch Lakes located at 3100 SW 148th Avenue, Miramar, FL.
Akerman expanded its operation in Chicago by leasing an additional 6,550 sq. ft. of office space at the Hyatt Center, 71. S. Wacker Drive.
Veredus leased office space at three different locations: 4,002 sq. ft. at the Crosspoint Building, 2840 Plaza Place, Suite 340, Raleigh, NC; 3,482 sq. ft. at the Signature Building, 14785 Preston Rd., Suite 550, Dallas, Texas; and 3,482 sq. ft. at Meridian Two, 4300 West Cypress Street, Tampa, Fla.
The Orthopaedic Medical Group of Tampa Bay signed a new lease for 4,750 sq. ft. at 4700 N. Habana Avenue in Tampa, Fla.
Gulfshore Bank opened its first Pinellas County branch, leasing 4,200 sq. ft. at 965 Central Avenue in downtown St. Petersburg, Fla.
Hill Ward Henderson expanded into Clearwater, Fla. by leasing 1,396 sq. ft. in the Bank of America Tower located at 600 Cleveland Street, Suite 800.
