Franklin Street Arranges $2.45 Million Sale of Eagle Village Shopping Center in Stockbridge, Georgia

Franklin Street has arranged the $2.45 million sale of Eagle Village, a 21,800-square-foot shopping center located in Stockbridge, Georgia. Bryan Belk and John Tennant of Franklin Street’s Atlanta office represented the seller, Alpha Opportunity Fund I LLC in the transaction. Ainbinder Properties LLC purchased the property.

“Because of the high demand for multi-tenant strip centers, we were able to get a price per square foot for the center that was slightly higher than previous sales in the area,” Belk said.

The property is home to several regional and national retail chains, including Jimmy John’s, Johnny’s Pizza & Subs and H&R Block.

“We had three offers within the first two weeks of listing the property, which shows just how strong the appetite for well-located, well-tenanted retail is right now,” Tennant said.
Eagle Village, built in 2002, is located at 600 Eagles Landing Parkway in Stockbridge. The property was 77.25 percent leased at the time of the sale.
