Franklin Street, a full-service commercial real estate firm, has added Joe Rubin to the company’s multifamily investment sales division as a director in its Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office.
In his new role, Rubin will specialize in the sale of multifamily properties throughout South Florida and the Treasure Coast, teaming up with Greg Matus, senior vice president of investment sales.
Rubin brings more than a decade of experience in investment sales, business development and relationship management across the southeast, most recently as director of acquisitions for American Landmark Apartments. Before that, he held commercial real estate investment sales roles at Ocwen Financial Corporation and Marcus & Millichap. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee, Rubin has completed transactions involving more than 25,000 units throughout his career.
