Deal brokered by Franklin Street brings elevated experience to Westshore
TAMPA, Florida —
Franklin Street announced it has successfully brokered the signing of a 15,000 square foot lease in Tripointe Plaza located at 4410 W. Boy Scout Boulevard by the Feil Organization. The plan for the space is to open the Sapphire Lounge, a new elevated food and entertainment concept that will occupy the entire first floor of the space.
“This is exciting news for Westshore and Tampa as this new concept will help put Tampa on the international food and entertainment stage,” Alex Wright, senior director, Retail, Franklin Street, said. “With limited inventory of this size in Westshore, this deal represents a perfect fit for location and concept. Westshore District has undergone a transformation in the past decade. Limited vacancy demonstrates the popularity of this area of Tampa, and we expect that trend to continue especially as it gains notoriety for its dining and entertainment destinations in addition to its respected reputation for office space.”
Sapphire Lounge’s concept will bring a high-end, Las Vegas inspired entertainment and dining experience to Tampa. Sapphire Lounge joins Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, already located on site, as a tenant. It is located across the street from International Plaza Mall and just five minutes from Tampa International Airport.
