Recognized for his relationship-focused approach and strong market knowledge, Turner combines strategic insight, transaction experience, and collaborative execution to help clients navigate complex real estate decisions across the office and industrial sectors. His ability to identify opportunities, structure transactions, and create value-driven outcomes has made him a trusted advisor to both occupiers and investors.
 
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Turner was a member of the brokerage team at NewQuest Properties in Houston, Texas, where he participated in more than $150 million in commercial real estate transactions across Texas. His experience included land sales, lease-to-sale arrangements, and investment sales. In recognition of his production, work ethic, and team-oriented approach throughout his first year, he was awarded NewQuest’s “Rookie of the Year”.
 
Turner began his commercial real estate career at Partners Real Estate, specializing in industrial investment sales throughout Texas. During his tenure, he completed an intensive training program that strengthened his expertise in underwriting, market analysis, financial evaluation, and client development.
 
Turner earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi.
