Taylor Hawkes works with Franklin Street Insurance Services’ national accounts team and is responsible for activities involving all client acquisition of new assets and compliance with all lender insurance requirements. This includes preparing premium estimates for any potential acquisitions, negotiating insurable values and coverages with lenders and ensuring lender compliance for all new acquisitions as well as refinances.  Some of Ms. Hawkes’ other responsibilities include staying current on all Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CMBS, HUD and USDA insurance requirements in addition to ensuring insurance compliance with any equity or joint venture partner.  

Ms. Hawkes attended the New England Conservatory in Boston, Massachusetts with a major in Trombone Performance.
