Sierra Wills serves as a Senior Associate in the Retail Tenant Services team at Franklin Street’s Jacksonville office.

Ms. Wills began her career in Marketing, Sales, and Management at Orangetheory Fitness in Tallahassee, Florida. After considering various job opportunities and seeking a company with strong core values that supported both professional and personal growth, Ms. Wills joined Franklin Street through the Accelerator Associate Program in September 2024. Within two months, she developed a passion for Retail Leasing, focusing on client needs and the factors influencing property deals.

As a member of the Retail Tenant Services team, Ms. Wills utilizes her background in marketing and sales to help clients find the perfect retail space for their business. She also works closely with landlords to ensure that their properties are being marketed effectively and attracting top tenants.

Ms. Wills’ extensive knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior allows her to provide valuable insights to both tenants and landlords, helping them make informed decisions about their real estate investments.
