Shaun Mayberry serves as Senior Director of Land Investment Sales for Franklin Street. Based in Jacksonville, he focuses on the disposition and acquisition of developable land for a wide range of projects, including townhomes, apartments and single-family rental communities, as well as outparcel land for mixed retail and self-storage uses. He is also focused on growing a multi-market team of land experts, while working collaboratively with Franklin Street’s dynamic lines of business to provide a full-service experience for investors and developers.

Mr. Mayberry has more than 15 years of commercial real estate investment, property and portfolio management and marketing experience. Prior to Franklin Street, he served as vice president of Prime Realty in Jacksonville, where he focused on land brokerage, new development and health care investment sales.
