Samantha Berk Plate is a Director with Franklin Street Real Estate Services, specializing in retail tenant representation and site selection. As a Tampa Bay native who has grown up in the commercial real estate and development industry, Ms. Plate has firsthand knowledge of the Tampa Bay and West Florida retail markets and how to successfully navigate through them for her clients.    

Since joining Franklin Street in 2010, Ms. Plate has successfully completed more than $38 million in sales and leasing transactions. She currently represents a variety of national and regional clients including MOD Pizza, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, 76 Gas, Take 5 Oil Change, Smoothie King, Thrive Affordable Vet Care, Retro Fitness, Creative World Schools, as well as several independent developers and development companies.
