With more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Bob Goldfinger serves as a Managing Director, helping private owners as well as national and institutional multifamily clients across the U.S. He is sought by owners and real estate professionals based on his experience, his ability to recognize market-wide trends, and the implementation of Franklin Street’s collaborative platform. This platform provides clients with the largest exposure possible and is a leading approach in the investment sales industry. Along with his work, he supervises and mentors younger associates helping them understand how to underwrite apartment communities, perform contract negotiations, and work through the selling process. During his career as an apartment specialist, he has closed more than $1 billion in apartment community sales.

EXPERIENCE/PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Working through two major real estate cycles in 1988 and 2008, Mr. Goldfinger is uniquely qualified to spot forthcoming trends. Prior to joining Franklin Street in 2008‚ Mr. Goldfinger opened the Marcus and Millichap Tampa office as Senior Investment Associate. 


His awards from Franklin Street include the company’s highly-regarded Franklin Street Award in 2010 and 2012; the company Sales Achievement award the last nine years in a row; the Largest Brokerage Fee award in 2011; and the Top Earner award from 2010-2011. At Marcus and Millichap, Mr. Goldfinger’s awards include Top Central Florida Agent, 1999, 2001; Top 5 Central Florida Agent, 1998-2007; two-time Chairman’s Club recipient; and National Achievement Award Recipient, 2001-2003‚ 2005-2006. He also earned Royal LePage’s Top 5 Broker Sales Award numerous years. 


Mr. Goldfinger has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1984.
