Prior to joining Franklin Street, Reese was a member of the Leasing Team at Cousins Properties, an Office REIT based in Atlanta, Georgia, where he gained extensive experience working with high-credit tenants and managing complex leasing transactions.

He also worked on the Land Acquisition Team at DR Horton, focusing on property and land acquisitions in Western Central Florida. Reese’s expertise in institutional ownership and tenant risk assessment enables him to provide comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to the needs of high-credit tenants and institutional clients.
