Smalley brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, working with institutional and middle-market clients across a wide range of office investment strategies. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation in the Atlanta market, leading complex transactions and delivering tailored solutions that align with client objectives. His approach emphasizes market insight, strategic positioning, and a collaborative, client-first mindset.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Smalley held senior leadership roles at Transwestern and previously served in leadership positions at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. He has spent the majority of his career in Atlanta, where he is ingrained in the local real estate community and an expert in the region’s market dynamics.
