Patrick Hall serves as a Director with Franklin Street’s National Accounts Team in Tampa. In his role, Hall advises commercial real estate owners and developers throughout the United States on their various insurance needs.

He collaborates with his team to provide unique solutions for each individual portfolio, whether that be master policies, high retention and captive plans or bifurcated approaches. In addition to operational portfolios, he creates efficiencies for development clients to maximize premium spend across all projects in their development pipeline.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Hall served as a Graduate Assistant with Florida State University, where he conducted research on large natural catastrophes throughout the United States and their effects on insurance premiums over the prior decade.
