Oscar Mcwood is an associate for Franklin Street`s investment sales team, based in the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale office where he specializes in acquisition and disposition of apartment properties throughout Palm Beach County and West Broward. McWood works closely with clients to develop and execute strategic plans tailored to their individual investment objectives and the unique needs of their properties.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, McWood played five years of college football at Miami University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in entrepreneurship and emerging technologies.
