Nicole Negri is an associate with Franklin Street’s multifamily investment sales team, based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. She specializes in multifamily acquisition and disposition opportunities throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. Negri provides clients with market insights, strategic guidance and result-driven solutions designed to maximize value throughout the transaction process. 

Negri possesses expertise in acquisitions and dispositions and takes a proactive, client-focused approach to help investors achieve their objectives while delivering a seamless transaction experience through closing. She is a member of the Fort Lauderdale multifamily team that includes over 30 years of industry expertise, selling over $500 million of class A, B and C multifamily assets in South Florida. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida.
