Nick Plavetic is an Associate with Franklin Street Insurance Services’ National Accounts Team in Tampa, where he specializes in advising commercial real estate owners and developers across the country on their insurance needs, with a particular focus on Multifamily and Affordable Housing.

In his role, Mr. Plavetic works closely with his team to craft tailored solutions for each portfolio, including alternative risk financing, high retention and captive plans, and bifurcated approaches. Beyond managing operational portfolios, he also helps development clients optimize their premium spend across all projects in their development pipeline, driving greater efficiencies.

Mr. Plavetic is a graduate of Florida State University and holds an active 2-20 General Lines Insurance License.
