Nick Battillo is a Senior Associate in the Retail Leasing team at Franklin Street’s Orlando office, specializing in landlord and tenant representation across Central Florida. With a background in finance and a strong understanding of market trends, he helps clients maximize the value of their real estate assets through strategic leasing and market analysis. 

Battillo first joined Franklin Street as an intern in the Retail Leasing division before being selected for the firm’s Accelerator Program, where he developed his expertise in commercial real estate leasing. Now a Senior Associate, he works closely with property owners to position retail spaces for success and connect tenants with high-traffic locations. 

Outside of work, he is pursuing a private pilot license. His passion for aviation reflects his attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate challenges—skills that also contribute to his success in commercial real estate.
