Nicholas Milazzo is a Business Development Associate for Franklin Street’s multifamily investment sales team, based in the Tampa office. His background in underwriting, market analysis, and leadership brings valuable insight to the multifamily investment sales sector.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Milazzo interned with Wiggin Properties, where he gained experience in brokerage, leasing, asset management, and market research. Using platforms such as CoStar and Yardi, he assisted with property-level analysis and reporting while developing a strong foundation in commercial real estate operations. He also participated as a fellow with CBRE, where he gained exposure to loan servicing and asset management practices through collaboration with industry professionals.

Milazzo earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Venture Management from the University of Oklahoma, where he served as President of the OU Real Estate Club. He also completed the university’s Real Estate Finance Certificate program, which included ARGUS Enterprise certification.
