Michael Britvan is a managing director with Hodges Ward Elliott’s Capital Markets Group, based in the firm’s New York office. With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, he specializes in advising owners and investors on capital advisory and debt financing for hospitality assets nationwide.

Britvan draws on extensive experience originating, structuring, and executing debt transactions to provide clients with insight into commercial real estate capital markets. He structures financing solutions tailored to each client’s investment objectives. Over the course of his career, he has advised more than $20 billion in commercial real estate debt transactions. Prior to joining Hodges Ward Elliott in 2020, he served as managing director at Mission Capital Advisors, where he led the firm’s loan sales and trading initiatives.

Beyond his professional career, he is an instrument-rated pilot and former collegiate swimmer. He competed at Binghamton University, where he earned dual degrees in History and Philosophy, Politics & Law (PPL).
