Matthew Swan serves as an Associate on Franklin Street’s Insurance Services Team in Tampa, specializing in the development of customized insurance strategies for experienced real estate owners and operators with nationwide portfolios.

He works collaboratively with clients to structure insurance programs that safeguard property and mitigate both first- and third-party risk exposures, while balancing comprehensive coverage with cost efficiency.

Before joining Franklin Street, Mr. Swan gained valuable professional experience in the luxury automotive industry. During that time, he honed his ability to identify client objectives, provide a premium customer experience, and deliver tailored solutions designed to enhance long-term value and optimize return on investment.

Mr. Swan is a graduate of Hillsborough Community College and holds an active 2-20 General Lines Insurance License.
