Matthew Swan serves as an Associate Producer in Franklin Street’s Insurance Division, based in Tampa, Florida. He is currently participating in Franklin Street’s comprehensive insurance sales training program, where he is cultivating specialized expertise in commercial real estate insurance. As he works toward obtaining his 2-20 General Lines Insurance License, Matthew is focused on learning how to effectively support property owners, investors, and developers in safeguarding their assets and mitigating risk.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Matthew served as an Internet Sales Consultant at Lexus of Tampa Bay, where he honed his skills in face-to-face client engagement, digital sales communication, and high-touch customer service. He demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams and contribute to revenue growth, consistently striving to enhance customer experience and streamline operational processes.

Matthew earned his Associate’s degree from Hillsborough Community College. Outside of work, he is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, especially while watching football.
