Mason Taylor, Senior Director, co-leads Franklin Street’s Atlanta-based Multifamily Investment Sales Team alongside John McCalla, representing clients in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily assets throughout Atlanta and the Southeast. He brings with him significant experience in commercial real estate as well in-depth market knowledge that benefits clients in the multifamily space ranging from private owners to institutional investors.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Taylor worked with Marcus & Millichap in Atlanta, where he began as a sales analyst before quickly transitioning into a brokerage role with the firm’s national multi-housing group. During his tenure, he rapidly gained success in several markets across the state of Georgia, was recognized as Rookie of the Year for his accomplishments and consistently earned top producer status. 

Earlier in his career, Mr. Taylor worked for CBRE as a financial analyst, where he underwrote various asset types with a total aggregate value over $5 billion.

In 2021, the Mason and his team sold over 6,928 units totaling $674 million in total transaction volume. They joined Franklin Street in January 2023, where they have continued their high standard for excellence and strong commitment to client service.
