Mark Savarese serves as Director for Franklin Street, specializing in the marketing and sales of multifamily assets in the Central and West Florida markets, focusing on the Tampa Bay region. As part of the multifamily investment advisory team, he is responsible for conducting underwriting of disposition and acquisition opportunities, performing financial modeling, and coordinating acquisition and disposition due diligence. With significant experience in the multifamily sector, Mark has been involved in 200+ transactions totaling over $2.5B in sales within the past 7 years.

Previously, Mr. Savarese played professional baseball for the Detroit Tigers organization. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
