Maggie Coppage serves as a Director of Leasing for Franklin Street’s Atlanta Retail Tenant Services Team. She specializes in retail tenant representation for local, regional and national retail clients. In this role, she uses her education in finance and experience in real estate marketing to strategically guide clients through everything from site selection to lease negotiation.

Coppage joined Franklin Street in 2019, originally serving as a Transaction Manager with our retail landlord representation team. In that role, she was responsible for the accounting and listing management for approximately 35 retail assets across the southeast, as well as the creation and execution of custom marketing materials for retail centers in the Atlanta landlord representation portfolio. During her tenure in transaction management, Coppage supported the team by developing and implementing a new and successful business development strategy to increase the success of the Landlord Representation team as well as the complete retail leasing business line. 

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Coppage interned with Colliers International in Savannah, Ga., supporting industrial, office and retail brokers with branding, marketing and research.
