Madison Chaney is a Retail Associate at Franklin Street in Tampa, specializing in site selection, leasing, and investment sales for retail owners, occupiers, and developers nationwide. 

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Chaney was on the Tampa Retail Capital Markets and Leasing Team at Cushman & Wakefield. There, she supported national and local tenants with market strategy and expansion, executed listings on the landlord side—including land sales, ground leases, and lease-ups—and played a key role in the national rollout of a new QSR brand. 

She began her career as a financial analyst on Cushman’s top-ranked Self-Storage Advisory Team, underwriting over 150 transactions nationwide. Chaney also interned with CBRE in Dallas, focusing on valuation and appraisal services for senior housing. 

She holds dual degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University, where she served as President of the Real Estate Society and was named a Florida Academic Scholar.
