Keith Wood, MBA, is Senior Associate with the firm’s Land Investment Sales Team in Jacksonville. Working alongside Senior Director Shaun Mayberry, Wood’s primary focus is on financial projections for planned developments in North Florida.

To his role, Mr. Wood brings over 15 years of experience in real estate across Northeast Florida and the Southeast. He most recently served as a business development officer in commercial services at Stewart Title Guaranty in Jacksonville and Boston, where he worked nationally with attorneys, developers, and private equity groups.

Mr. Wood has experience serving as an investment analyst for Coventry Development Corporation in New York City, focusing on financial projections and leasing analysis for multi-billion-dollar master-planned developments in Houston, Denver, and Hobe Sound, Florida. Wood earned an MBA in the Global MBA program at University of North Florida.
