As Director for Franklin Street’s Orlando leasing team, Katherine Scatuorchio focuses on both landlord and tenant representation in the office sector for clients throughout Orlando and Central Florida.  Ms. Scatuorchio brings strong experience working with institutional and local commercial property owners. She also partners with tenants throughout the office market to identify their future and current occupancy needs, then implements a strategy for clients to align their space needs with their business goals.  

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Ms. Scatuorchio served as a Leasing Associate for Cite Partners in Orlando, where she specialized in representing office tenants and investors in the Central Florida market. Earlier in her career, she worked as a top ranked sales representative with AutoNation Acura of North Orlando and David Maus Volkswagen. She was responsible for customer engagement and retention at all points in the sales and finance process.

Ms. Scatuorchio is actively engaged in the community, through her support and sponsorship of groups such as Habitat for Humanity Orlando/Tampa and Boys and Girls Club of Orlando. She is also a member of NAIOP Central Florida. 

Ms. Scatuorchio earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University. She is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Florida.
