Justin M. Caudill is Director of Office Investment Sales at Franklin Street, bringing nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate working with institutional and private owners across the Southeast. He specializes in office investment sales, acquisitions, dispositions, asset repositioning, and capital markets strategy, helping clients maximize value through thoughtful execution and market-driven solutions.

Throughout his career, Caudill has held senior capital markets and asset management leadership positions with prominent real estate organizations including Piedmont Office Realty Trust, RCG Ventures, and IP Capital Partners. Prior to joining Franklin Street, he served as an office investment specialist with Marcus & Millichap in Atlanta, where he advised clients on office investment opportunities and disposition strategies throughout the region.

Caudill’s extensive experience spans office leasing, debt management, asset repositioning, and investment sales. His background on both the ownership and brokerage sides of the business provides a unique perspective when helping investors navigate changing market conditions, evaluate opportunities, and execute successful transactions.

Known for his relationship-driven approach and deep understanding of office markets, Caudill works closely with property owners, investors, and institutions to develop strategies that enhance asset performance and achieve long-term investment objectives.
