Joe Ludovici is a Senior Associate in Franklin Street’s Retail Investment Sales division, specializing in the Tampa Bay area. In this role, he is responsible for marketing, underwriting, and conducting due diligence for both the acquisition and disposition of retail properties.

Mr. Ludovici graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. During his studies, he was part of an elite group in the Masters Pathway Program, where he engaged in master’s level coursework. He also competed in the CREFC case competition held in New York.

Last summer, he interned at Franklin Street on the data and research team and gained valuable insights into the acquisition process during his internship at Ludovici Properties Inc. Additionally, he completed the Accelerator Associate program at Franklin Street, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate and the company’s offerings. Mr. Ludovici is a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida.
