Jared Kahhan serves as Senior Director of Franklin Street’s Insurance Services team in Tampa, Fla. Mr. Kahhan specializes in property insurance and handling the risk management for multifamily and affordable housing portfolios across the country.

In addition to his current responsibilities, he remains actively involved in leading business development initiatives and mentoring associates at Franklin Street.

Mr. Kahhan demonstrates expertise in overseeing extensive and diverse national commercial real estate portfolios. He caters to a varied clientele, including private and institutional owners, managers, and developers throughout the country. His main emphasis lies in adeptly addressing the complex challenges related to insuring coastal-exposed assets. Before joining Franklin Street, Mr. Kahhan held various positions in the health insurance sector with National Health Advisors.
