Geno Cronin is an associate with Franklin Street’s multifamily investment sales team, based in the firm’s Tampa office. He specializes in advisory and brokerage services for multifamily owners and investors throughout the Tampa Bay region, with a focus on middle-market properties. Geno advises clients through market research, financial analysis, and proactive investor outreach to identify opportunities, strategically position properties for sale, and achieve their investment objectives. 

Geno began his commercial real estate career in 2024, specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout Hillsborough and Polk counties. His background in sales and business development provides clients with valuable expertise in prospecting, relationship development, and negotiations. He takes a relationship-driven approach, building long-term connections with property owners and identifying opportunities that align with investors’ acquisition criteria. 

Throughout his career, Geno has been involved with the Society of Real Estate Professionals and has volunteered with Hands of Hope, Ironman Crossings Church, and the ASPCA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Tampa.
