Emory Sanderson is a Financial Analyst Associate on the Office and Industrial team at Franklin Street, specializing in financial analysis, market research, and data-driven insights. He plays a key role in supporting both his team and clients by providing strategic recommendations that drive informed decision-making in today’s dynamic real estate market. 

A Tampa Bay native, Sanderson leverages his deep understanding of the local market along with his analytical expertise to guide clients in navigating opportunities and overcoming challenges within the commercial real estate sector. 

Sanderson is a board member of the Commercial Certified Investment Members Organization for the West Coast District of Florida and belongs to the Real Estate Investment Council Young Professionals Group. He is also a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Florida. 

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Sanderson gained hands-on experience as a Construction and Development Intern at Phillips Development & Realty in Tampa, Florida, where he developed a strong foundation in the real estate industry.
