David Peirce, Director of the Franklin Street Student Housing Team, began his real estate career in 2018 as an Office and Industrial asset specialist. His expertise and dedication quickly led him to become a Senior Associate on the #1 Office and Industrial team in the Midwest, closing over $100 million in transactions across multiple states. With a reputation for delivering outstanding results and a deep understanding of market dynamics, David excels in providing exceptional real estate services, while always committed to excellence and client satisfaction. David graduated from Miami University in 2012 with a degree in Marketing. He started his career in the mortgage industry, gaining valuable insights and experience, before transitioning to real estate in 2018 with Marcus & Millichap. His passion for real estate is driven by the ability to learn from and understand each client’s unique story. Outside of real estate David enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, and watching his favorite sports teams.
