Daniel Clavier is a commercial real estate associate at Franklin Street’s Nashville office, specializing in multifamily investment sales across Tennessee and Northern Alabama. In his role, he supports clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets, providing insights on property valuation, market trends, and submarket performance.
Clavier is driven by a genuine passion for real estate and brings a hands-on, operator informed perspective to his work. He has built a strong foundation in asset level performance, market research, and investment analysis, helping clients navigate the multifamily investment landscape with a strategic and results driven approach.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Clavier gained experience across multiple areas of real estate operations. He began his career in residential property management with Elliotborough Properties in Charleston, where he developed a deep understanding of the physical and financial components of real estate assets. He later advanced into short term rental operations with AvantStay, leading field teams across Nashville’s portfolio. Most recently, he oversaw hotel operations at Hyatt House Nashville, managing budgets, inventory, and team performance. This operational background provides him with a unique perspective on asset performance and value creation.
Clavier holds a Bachelor of Humanities in History from the College of Charleston with a minor in Real Estate and is a licensed Tennessee real estate agent. He is based in Nashville, where he remains actively engaged in the local real estate community.
