Dan Dratch serves as Regional Managing Director for Franklin Street’s South Florida office. In his role, Dratch guides Franklin Street in strategic growth initiatives, expanding the firm’s full-service capabilities, talent and market share across the office, industrial, multifamily, retail and healthcare real estate sectors for the South Florida region.

Additionally, Mr. Dratch assists clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties for Franklin Street’s Multifamily Investment Sales team. With vast knowledge of the various submarkets in the South Florida tri-county area, he is engaged with all the top buyers throughout the state, allowing him to secure maximum value for his client’s assets.

Mr. Dratch currently leads a team of multifamily brokers, who successfully grow the firm’s South Florida market share by embracing Franklin Street’s core values of Collaboration, Integrity, Hard Work, Accountability and Innovation.

From 2017-2024, Mr. Dratch sold approximately $300 million worth of Class A, B and C multifamily assets in South Florida. A firm believer in Franklin Street’s full-service platform, his collaboration across business lines has resulted in an additional $200 million in capital financing and millions of dollars in insurance premiums. Leveraging Franklin Street’s collaborative, client-first culture, Mr. Dratch provides elite service and long-term solutions to investors, while consistently putting the needs of his clients ahead of his own.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Dratch served as a Sales Executive with CoStar Group, Inc. in Miami, where he was responsible for new sales and revenue growth across all of CoStar’s commercial and multifamily data, analysis, forecasting and marketing services. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
