As a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Retail Services team in Atlanta, Cole Luedtke represents retail tenants in their real estate needs. In his role, Mr. Luedtke is focused on advising retailers, including private and corporate clients, in everything from site evaluation and selection to lease negotiation and analysis to market surveys and strategic planning services. He also represents Atlanta’s leading retail owners and landlords in adding value to their properties by securing high-quality tenants.

Prior to this role at the firm, Mr. Luedtke worked as an Accelerator Associate at Franklin Street, where he gained experience working with top CRE professionals in the state, gaining knowledge of the Atlanta market and retail assets.

Mr. Luedtke is a licensed real estate salesperson in the states of Georgia and Virginia.
