Chip Craven is a director in Franklin Street’s Nashville office, specializing in office, industrial investment sales, and leasing throughout Tennessee and the Southeast. He provides strategic advisory services to private and institutional investors, property owners, developers, and businesses, assisting clients with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and sale-leaseback strategies. 

Craven’s background at a national commercial real estate brokerage prior to joining Franklin Street provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the investment sales and leasing landscape. He also has experience in private equity real estate development, commercial property management, and financial analysis involving one million square feet of commercial real estate. His diverse experience provides Chip with valuable insight into both the ownership and brokerage perspectives of the industry. 

Outside of brokerage, Craven enjoys playing golf, basketball, and following Chicago sports teams. He has also dedicated time to community service, serving as a coach for Special Olympics Iowa, volunteering with the Salvation Army and Northern Illinois Food Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa.
