Chibuzor Nnaji is a senior managing director of multifamily investment sales based in Dallas, Texas. With a proven track record in the sale of multifamily assets across Texas and beyond, Nnaji has built his career on consistently delivering exceptional results for institutional, private equity, and private clients.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Nnaji served as Senior Managing Director at GREA, where he was a key driver of the firm’s growth. Over his first decade in the industry, he played a central role in the successful facilitation and disposition of more than $1.3 billion in multifamily assets. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and is an active member of East-West Ministries.
