Carolina Cardoso is an Associate with Franklin Street’s Institutional Services Group, where she supports the Multifamily team. She brings a well-rounded background in finance, sales, and real estate, contributing to a broad range of responsibilities including market and data analysis, underwriting, due diligence, marketing, and monitoring the construction pipeline. The Tampa Multifamily team sells development sites, existing multifamily and build to rent while also assisting with equity assignments.  Serving the Southeast, the team has a cumulative transaction volume nearing $11 billion and has sold over 73,000 units in Florida.  

Cardoso earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University in 2023, followed by an MBA in 2024. During her academic career, she completed internships with Mangrove Equity Partners as a finance intern and Brown & Brown Insurance as a sales intern. These experiences provided her with hands-on knowledge in financial analysis, market research, and strategic sales practices. 

She also successfully completed Franklin Street’s Accelerator Associate program, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate industry and the company’s operations. Cardoso is a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida. 

A Tampa native, Cardoso enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing near the water, reading, and traveling.
