Brian Richardson is the Director of Retail Investment Sales at Franklin Street with more than 25 years of experience specializing in retail leasing, tenant representation, development strategy, and investment sales throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets. As part of Franklin Street’s Investment Sales division, Richardson focuses on single-tenant net lease assets, retail investment properties, and development opportunities, helping clients maximize value through strategic positioning and market-driven execution.
Throughout his career, Richardson has represented and completed transactions with national retailers, restaurants, banks, and developers, including work with brands such as Starbucks, Wawa, AT&T, Chase Bank, Cumberland Farms, and MD Now. His extensive experience includes site selection, ground-up development, leasing, disposition strategy, and landlord representation across a wide range of retail product types.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Richardson built a reputation for identifying high-growth retail corridors and structuring value-driven opportunities for both tenants and property owners. His background in tenant representation and development gives him a unique perspective when advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and repositioning strategies within today’s evolving retail landscape.
