Brady Knebel is a senior associate for Franklin Street’s multifamily investment sales team and is based in the Austin office where he is specializing in multifamily investment opportunities across Central Texas and surrounding markets. Utilizing significant experience in commercial real estate, he advises clients throughout the investment lifecycle on how to maximize asset value with data driven insights to achieve investment results.

Knebel’s background in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, underwriting, and capital planning provides a thorough understanding of the multifamily landscape. Relying on his expertise, he evaluates risk and identifies qualified prospects while delivering clients with tailored strategies awhile offering guidance on making precise decisions.

Throughout his career, Knebel has supplied multiple teams with insight on management, acquisition and underwriting that have resulted in more than $2 billion in transactions. Prior to joining Franklin Street, he served as a real estate associate for a private equity family office, where he prioritized his time with multifamily acquisitions and asset management. Knebel gained additional experience in underwriting transactions for multiple commercial real estate asset classes at Hamilton Realty Finance. He holds a master’s degree in real estate and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Texas A&M University.
