Brad Hutton serves as Senior Director for Franklin Street’s Tampa-based Office and Industrial Services Team, which represents owners, investors and occupiers throughout the Tampa Bay market. Mr. Hutton specializes in the sale and acquisition of both existing office and industrial assets and development sites. He also represents both landlords and tenants in their leasing needs.  

Mr. Hutton started his career working with his father, Mark, at Hutton Enterprises, Inc in Orlando, FL where his focus was in tenant improvement and building maintenance. Brad and his wife, Monica, relocated to Atlanta where he served as a project manager for a national construction company. There, he managed over $30 million in revenue in less than three years, involving 100 projects across the United States in the industrial and lumber markets.

With his background in construction, Mr. Hutton brings a deep understanding of developers’ needs and is able to help them navigate the site selection process as well as challenges such as zoning and permitting.

He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and a Certified Building Contractor in the state of Florida.
